Guaranteed Live delivery : We pack the strongest specimens and make every effort to maximize the health of your live items on arrival through effective packing materials and appropriate shipping times and we are over 98% successful with live animals.

Minimum Order : No minimum order required however, we recommend that your total weight should exceed 100 Kg. or 6-7 boxes per shipment for better air freight rate.

Freight Charges : Freight charges are based on the actual charges from the airline and freight forwarder. (Once the stock is confirmed we will provide you the exact freight and packing charges.)

Packing : We are extremely meticulous when it comes to the packing process. All fishes are packed in double oxygenated polystyrene bags and contains inside a high density Styrofoam box and sealed with tapes. An average weight/box approximately 15 kg. Except, individual packing such as Betta, and show cichlids which weight approximately 18 kg per box.

Substitutions : We don't substitute the fish without customer's specific knowledge and permission.

Delivery : 7- 10 days upon receipt of your firm order and T/T payment.

Standard Measurement : All fish are measured standard length, i.e. from front of head to tip of tail.

Winter Shipment : We can often ship during the winter months because, we use special Heat Packs that last (60 hours) twice longer than regular heat packs most breeders use. However, your lows need to be no lower than 40F for shipping to be totally safe. If we do not feel that shipping your fish is safe, we will NOT ship them. By ordering the fish from us you must understand and accept the fact that we need to be the one who makes that decision. Hence, if you are becoming impatient and although it is still too cold and you still want your fish now, we will NOT send your fish to their death just to try to appease you. You will have to trust us completely and let us handle every aspect of shipping your fish during the winter months.

Death on Arrival : Any death on arrival (DOA) losses must be reported within 24 hours from the date and time of receipt of the shipment to ensure credit. Credit for losses will be issues towards next order (Freight fee and packing charge are not covered)

Live delivery is guaranteed on air freight shipments from e-AquariumThai unless

1) carrier is at fault;
2) there are unusual and undue shipping delays over which e-AquariumThai has no control; or
3) carrier fails to deliver shipment to destination within 24 hours of dropoff time.

However, e-AquariumThai, with proper notice either verbal or written, reserves the right to cancel and nullify this live delivery guarantee in special conditions, such as certain international shipments, etc. In case of undue or other carrier failure, a claim must be filed directly with the responsible carrier or courier. Any DOA losses must be confirmed by the carrier or courier and e-AquariumThai must be notified of DOAs on the date of arrival.

Warranty is void if shipment is not claimed within 24 hours from the date and time of receipt of the shipment (Freight fee and packing charge are not covered). e-AquariumThai reserves the right to either replace or credit DOAs solely at its discretion. Any credit due will be given on future orders.
No fish will be replaced if death is due to negligence on the part of customers or carriers. Orders are sent on a prepaid basis. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Note: Live delivery is not guaranteed on any alternate methods of delivery unless warranty is specified at the time of order.

In situations where--through no fault of e-AquariumThai or the carrier--an order or any portion of an order is cancelled or otherwise refused by the customer AFTER the order has been processed, bagged, boxed and delivered to a carrier, the following charges shall be assessed to the customer:
1) any freight/carrier charges which might have been incurred,
2) all applicable box/packing charges,
3) all applicable heat pack charges, and
4) a restocking charge on all returned items equal to 25 per cent of the amount actually invoiced for the items.
In any and all cases not specifically waived in advance, customer shall be responsible for the entire cost of shipping his order, whether such shipment is made via air freight.


9 Simple Steps to import fish to your country

1. Once you have placed your order.
- We will send you a proforma invoice (a summary of your order with the total amount due).
- If you wish to change your mind, now is the time. If you wish to proceed..
- You make your payment.
2. Fish inspected by Department of Fisheries, Thailand.
3. Health Certificate is issued (on a request basis)
4. Fishes are held for quarantined, conditioned, prophylactically treated, and unfed for 48 hours.
5. Airline issues air waybill. An air waybill is essentially a receipt provided by the airline.
6. Fishes are packed and delivered to Bangkok International Airport 3 hours prior to the departure time. The airport code for Bangkok is BKK. We fax you a copy of the air waybill to confirm that your fishes are onboard the flight and that the flight has departed on schedule.
7. Your fishes' flight arrives your city.
8. You obtain the original air waybill from the air cargo office of the airline.
9. Go to clearings or customs and claim your fish. In many countries, they will be inspected and cleared by a Fish and Wildlife, Animal Health Arm, Fish and Game, Animal Quarantine, or other authority representative. For US customers, we can give you the contact information for your nearest US Fish and Wildlife Service Office. Just let us know what your nearest international airport is.
